The teaching of art and architecture on the Sint-Lukas campus in Brussels stretches back more than hundred years. On this recently renovated campus, young artists and designers can choose from two academic bachelor's degrees and three master's degrees in Fine Art, Photography, Graphic Design, Film, Animation Film and Documentary film (DocNomads).

In addition, as a former architecture school, Sint-Lukas offers professional degree courses in Construction Technology and Interior Design.

Our alumni include, amongst others, filmmakers Michael R. Roskam and Patrice Toye, artists Luc Tuymans and Hans Op de Beeck, designers Danny Venlet and Sarah De Bondt, illustrators GAL and Tom Schamp, and photographers Charif Benhelima and Stephan Vanfleteren.

Campus facilities

You have access to a film studio, sound studio and editing facilities with 5K iMacs, 4K reference monitor and Adobe CC, DaVinci Resolve and ProTools software. Rental equipment includes (not exhaustive): DSLR-camera's with photo and cine lenses, Atomos monitor/recorders, Blackmagic URSA-Mini 4.6K camera's, Zeiss CP2 lenses, 16mm and super16 camera's; Sennheiser MKH30/40/50/60/416 microphones, lavalier microphones, Sound devices, mixers and recorders; Arri open face and fresnel lights, Arri M18 HMI lights, 4-bank Kinoflo's, Dedolights and a wide variety of professional grade grip accessories for both camera's and lights. Equipment available for check-out.
